While we work to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Bondi Research is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect customer information.

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please notify us.

We may ask for supporting information to assist with the carrier investigation.

Eligible cases will receive a reshipment at no additional cost, in alignment with our Refund & Reship Policy.

Reshipment is our primary resolution method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not qualify for reshipment or may require additional shipping fees.

We currently ship within Australia only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
